We accept trade-ins of mobility scooters and power wheelchairs, whether faulty or in working order and can accept trade-ins from anywhere in on the mainland only in England, Scotland and Wales.

After proceeding to checkout, you will be prompted to enter your shipping information. Underneath this section is a form, allowing you to simply tick the vat-exempt declaration box and specify the primary long-term illness or disability that either yourself, or the person you are buying for suffers from. VAT will then automatically be removed from your order as you proceed. Charities are also exempt from paying VAT, and can do so by simply ticking the relevant box.
The answer is yes, so long as either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick or have a disabling condition, and the goods are for personal/domestic use only. Charities are also exempt from paying VAT, and can do so by simply ticking the relevant box, and entering their charity number. This number will be quickly verified by us before dispatch of your order.
If the person the goods are intended for does not have any specific long-term medical conditions, by law they must purchase (and proceed through checkout) without applying for VAT exemption. If you have a short-term injury, or simply use the term 'old age', this would not make you eligible. Any organization that does not have a registered charity number (such as businesses) are also not exempt from paying VAT.
We will call you to arrange delivery, which takes between 2 and 3 working days.
You will recieve tracking updates by text and email, provided you enter them through our checkout, or give them to us if ordering by phone.
We deliver to the Great British mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) only. We can also deliver to any GB outlying islands for an extra courier fee, please call us to check before ordering. As an example, Isle of Wight generally costs approximately £40 extra for delivery.
Yes you can collect from our premesis if you wish, just make sure you call us before ordering to arrange an appointment to come and collect. /p>
We will offer to replace the product without quarrel, so long as you notify us within 48 hours of the product being tracked as delivered. We may also offer you a discount or to send the parts if the damage is cosmetic only, however it's your decision as to whether you accept this, or ask for a complete replacement, or collection for a full refund.

The Invacare Rea Azalea Assist Attendant Wheelchair, is one of a kind, its attention to detail for the user is second to none, there are cheaper imported copies, but for pressure relief, mid and lower back trauma, users with pressure sores ..... then this will get the user smiling again. The angle adjustment not just on the seating / tilt element but combined with the angle adjustable backrest means there is a level of comfort not readily achieved on any other wheelchairs, with the attendant having full control using easily adjustable hand controls, it is a real pleasure to use .
The seating options are changeable as one cushion doesn't suit all users. Invacare have recognised this and make changing cushions simple so theres no need to change your whole chair but just your cushions for greater comfort if needed!
Overall its just the best attendant controlled wheelchair at a price thats right for the consumer compared to the cost of new .
